Are you ready to take your freediving to the next level?

The Molchanovs Wave 2 course is a 4 days course where you will be exploring your underwater potential even more. You will be experiencing the “free fall”, which for most of freedivers is the best part of freediving, and the calmness of deep diving.

One of the main focuses of the course is about the “Mammalian Dive Response”, which is something that helps us to enjoy longer the underwater world. We will search comfort in every discomfort and the adaptation of the body to the breath-holding effects. These abilities of adaptation to the underwater world are possessed by all marine mammals and humans. All top elite freedivers achieved, and you will do it as well.

Freediving Level 2

During the course, you will learn how to “activate” faster these reflexes to be able to have better performance and reach the best results during your training sessions, like trying different “warm-ups” before deep dives.

Your equalization techniques will improve, together with your instructor you will be working on longer breath-holding and preparing yourself for deep dives with special body stretching and pranayamas.

Once you reach comfort understanding the proper technique you will be able to dive deeper. The maximum depth for this course is 30 meters and the majority of students can manage to dive comfortably between 20-30 meters.

Freediving Level 2

After completing this course you will become a more confident freediver, with enough skills and experience to continue training with other experienced freedivers being able to provide safety to each other.

This course is a great preparation for exploring the amazing USAT Liberty Wreck. It is one of the most famous dive destinations in Bali. The highest point of the wreck is about 5m depth and the deepest part of the wreck sits at about 30m. You can join our freediving trips to Tulamben and explore this outstanding wreck with us! A lot of history underwater, the huge diversity of marine life, and the great opportunity to take some good shots!
