The main goal of this class is to exercise and to improve your skills and body abilities when surfing on the waves.
You will get proper knowledge about the psychological aspects of freediving, breathing, relaxation, and minimization of efforts while being underwater.
After the theory session, you will perform breath-holds and specific exercises in the pool which will give you self-confidence in case of wipeouts and will help you to change your mental state while being under the waves.
Most of the limits and fears are in our mind!
